Immersible Pad

Ultrasonic Immersible Pads are used to convert any existing tank/bath into ultrasonic tank/bath. Immersible pads are majorly used where very high ultrasonic power is required and tank / bath size is big. Applications are electroplating plants, automobiles etc.

PZT Sandwich type made transducer
70 Microns Special Surface Hardening Treatment on transducer mounted walls of the tank.
Make sound proofing material used to reduce ultrasonic sound.
S. S. 316 grade material used for Pad fabrication.
