Vapor Degreasing Cleaning Machine (Solvent Based)

These systems are majorly used where contamination is very low like oil, dust, buffing compounds etc. It can also be combined with different types of stages can be Pre-cleaning Stage, Ultrasonic Stage etc. The types and number of stages are designed & derived by us depending on type of contamination on the component to be cleaned in-order to achieve desired cleaning results.

Standard Specifications

  • Heater S. S. Immersion type as per designing of machine.
  • Insulation provided from outside of vapor zone tank
  • Float switch provided to maintain minimum liquid level.
  • Condensing coil fabricated out of S. S. ½ ‘’ OD coils along with inlet and outlet
  • Water separator inbuilt for distillation process.
  • Thermostat is provided on the condensing coil to maintain the water temperature in the coil. A buzzer is provided to indicate the temperature of the water inside the condensing coil if it is above the preset temperature.
  • Digital timer and Temperature controller
  • 1’’ B.S.P. ball valve for drain
  • Alarm system in case of minimum requirement not achieved.
